Welcome to www.terrartesicilia.com (the “Website”).
The products available on the Website are sold and invoiced by Terra Arte Sicilia, located in, 98077 Santo Stefano di Camastra (ME), Italy, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Messina, VAT/C.F. 04598460162.

1. Acceptance of the General Terms of Sale and Conclusion of the Contract

1.1 The contract between Terra Arte Sicilia and the Customer (a natural person purchasing products for personal use and not connected to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity) is concluded when Terra Arte Sicilia accepts the Customer’s order, even partially. In case of refusal, the Customer will be promptly informed.

1.2 By placing an order through the Website (the “Order”), the Customer acknowledges having read all information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

1.3 These Terms may be printed or saved on a durable medium, in accordance with Art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

2. Purchase Procedure

2.1 Only products available on the Website at the time of the Order and described in the relevant product pages may be purchased.

2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ in color or size depending on the device and monitor used.

2.3 To complete an Order, the Customer must fill out the online form, review the Terms, and verify all product details. The Customer may request an invoice in accordance with Art. 22 of DPR 633/1972.

2.4 Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed via email sent to the address provided by the Customer, containing a summary of the purchase.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1 Prices shown on the Website include VAT. Any additional shipping or payment costs will be clearly indicated before the Order is submitted.

3.2 Accepted payment methods:

(i) PayPal

Payment may be made through the PayPal platform following its standard procedures.

(ii) Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal or another secure payment provider selected by Terra Arte Sicilia.
Terra Arte Sicilia never receives or stores credit card details.

4. Delivery of Products

4.1 Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within 4–6 working days from Order acceptance. Delivery outside Italy may be subject to additional costs and longer delivery times.

4.2 For deliveries outside the EU, any customs or import duties shall be borne by the recipient.

4.3 Delivery times are indicative. Any delays or partial shipments do not entitle the Customer to compensation or refusal of the delivery.

4.4 Upon delivery, the Customer must check that:

  • the number of packages matches the transport document;

  • packaging is intact and undamaged.

Any discrepancies or damages must be noted immediately on the courier’s document and reported within 7 days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.

5.2 Withdrawal must be requested via email to: info@terrartesicilia.com

5.3 The Customer must return the products within 14 days to:

Products must be returned intact, complete, and in their original packaging.

Conditions:

  • withdrawal applies to the entire product only;

  • the product must include original packaging and accessories;

  • return shipping costs (and customs fees, if applicable) are borne by the Customer;

  • the Customer is responsible for the product until it reaches Terra Arte Sicilia.

5.4 Terra Arte Sicilia will refund the Customer within 14 days via the original payment method. Refund may be withheld until the returned product is received or proof of shipment is provided.

5.5 Withdrawal is invalid if:

  • the product or its packaging is damaged;

  • parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing.

In such cases, the product will be returned to the Customer with shipping costs charged.

6. Warranty

6.1 All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for lack of conformity under Legislative Decree 206/2005.

6.2 Warranty is valid only if the product is used properly and according to instructions.

6.3 If repair or replacement is impossible or excessively costly, Terra Arte Sicilia may offer a price reduction or full refund.

6.4 For warranty returns, products must be sent back with original packaging and accessories.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal data provided with the Order will be processed exclusively to fulfill the Customer’s requests, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Website’s Privacy Policy. Additional processing requires explicit consent.

9. Applicable Law

9.1 These Terms and the sale contract are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall be handled by the court of the Customer’s place of residence.
